We specialize is placing fine pitched devices such as CSP’s, 0201’s, Pop, BGA’s, 01005’s, and we also have extensive experience with flex circuits, rigid flex circuits, wafers, WLCSP,0301,flip chip, micro BGA, BGA, QFP, QFN,SOP, QFN, XDFN, VGFN, Leadless Package (LLP), Rohs, and Lead Process.
Required Flexibility
We understand time to market issues and the need for flexibility when running an assembly. We expect changes, and we respond quickly to those changes, whether they be rev changes or changing a device at the last minute.

Action Services has a dedicated team to provide our customers with quick turn prototype services for over 15years. We strongly believe that prototyping services must be separate from production services because they use very different processes.
Most quick turn prototypes that we provide are 1, 3, 5 and 7 days.
